Due to continued demand of their services they are now actively recruiting a ESH Specialist to cover the whole of the UK.

The ESH Specialist is responsible for providing guidance and advice to field service operations and to ensure compliance with statutory and business requirements. Identifying opportunities that support continual improvement of the Management System and to lead by example in enthusing and influencing others.

Duties for the ESH Specialist include:

• Ensure the requirements of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 are implemented and adhered to.
• Provision of management support for all field service operations.
• To lead and facilitate actions and initiatives to help achieve targets and objectives and in meeting stakeholder satisfaction goals and the company\xe2\x80\x99s overall corporate strategy.
• Plan and support the completion of suitable and sufficient method statements and risk assessments (RAMS).
• Complete audits and site inspections to ensure effectiveness and compliance to the Management System, including planning and supporting customer audits.
• Maintain an effective system for identifying, reporting and implementation of corrective actions resulting from system non-conformance, site inspections, customer audits, investigations, statutory examinations, etc.

Competences required of the ESH Specialist:

• Membership of relevant bodies (IQA/IEMA/IOSH).
• Relevant Field Service Experience.
• Knowledge of UK/European standards/legislation.
• Proven experience in a similar role preferably from a high-risk environment.
• NEBOSH National General Certificate.
• Contractor management experience.

In return, the ESH Specialist will receive:

• Annual Salary up to \xc2\xa365,000.00
• Annual Bonus 12.5%
• Car Allowance \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa34959
• Holiday Entitlement: 33 Days including public holidays
• 9% Combined Pension Scheme (4% employer / 5% employee)
