This permanent role involves working closely with government clients across Cyber Security, National Security, Law Enforcement, and Telecommunications to develop innovative solutions. As a Solution Architect, you will design, develop and implement solutions that meet specialised requirements while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Facilitate workshops and meetings such as risk analysis, technical design workshops, and requirements elicitation
• Design and plan the lifecycle approach for complex projects and programmes
• Train and advise clients in Solutions Architecture best practices
• Organise and coordinate technical resources and third parties/vendors for effective delivery of projects
• Deliver and manage high quality Solution Architecture documentation
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management
• Build and maintain strong relations with clients and key stakeholders
• Analyse, manage, mitigate, and treat risks to reduce impact on projects
• Build and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Provide expert input to bids and proposals, scoping future work
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to colleagues and clients

Job Requirements:

• DV Clearance
• Degree level educated, or significant relevant experience
• Experience working as an engineer within IT, infrastructure, networking, systems or related fields
• Experience working in a consultancy, systems integrator or public sector organisation
• Experience desirable in defence, public sector, national security or law enforcement organisations
• Understanding of common tools, standards, and methodologies for delivering systems and solutions (e.g., CI/CD, agile development)
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Outstanding organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Location:Hybrid, with 2-3 days working from the office (London/Cheltenham) or on client site as required.
