Due to planned expansion, the Hull Branch of Academics is seeking to recruit an additional member of the team to assist with the success of our growth plan.

For over a decade, Academics have successfully delivered an unrivalled recruitment service into local schools, from our office in Hull.

We are a sales team, logistics experts, problem solvers and advertising specialists, amongst lots of other aspects of this challenging but highly rewarding job role. Your success with Academics will be fuelled by your determination to be the best you can be in order to out-perform the market.

Academics are looking for an articulate, self-motivated, career driven people person with extremely high personal and professional standards\xe2\x80\xa6. what you might not have in specific recruitment experience will be trained into you from the ground up. There is a combined experience of over 20 years here at the Hull office and nationally, our brand continues to grow year on year.

The successful applicant would ideally have previous sales experience, either B2B or other with a view to naturally growing into a consultative sales role. Maybe you also have an undergraduate degree in Education or perhaps Business Management - this is however not essential.
