The Role:


You\xe2\x80\x99ll take overall responsibility for the operation of one of our vibrant learning centres. Each day, you\xe2\x80\x99ll lead and develop an Assistant Manager and a team of inspiring tutors, nurture lots of budding fearless learners, and welcome new families into your centre. Your key objectives will be:

• Education Delivery \xe2\x80\x93 bring our mission to life by delivering an exceptional education service to members. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be an outstanding tutor, role modelling these skills to your team
• Customer Experience \xe2\x80\x93 provide an outstanding customer experience to both prospective and current families. You\xe2\x80\x99ll build authentic and meaningful relationships with all of your members, whilst taking responsibility for safeguarding and member wellbeing at all times
• Business Growth \xe2\x80\x93 contribute towards centre reputation and profitability. You\xe2\x80\x99ll create a foundation for sustainable growth through the delivery of outstanding education and customer experience

Logistics:
Starting salary: \xc2\xa332,500
Contract: Full-time, permanent contract
Working Hours: a typical week:


Tuesday
11am - 8pm


Wednesday
11am - 8pm


Thursday
11am - 7pm


Friday
9am - 6pm


Saturday
9am - 5pm

Holidays: 28 annual days + 2 well-being and volunteer days. Additional holiday allowance for length of service
