About the Role

You will provide specialist administration to year 3 and 4 of four undergraduate taught degree programmes run within the Division of Surgery and Interventional Science and the Cancer Institute, ensuring effective procedures are adopted and documented. You will assist in achieving a high quality and timely service to current and prospective students and staff related to the designated degree programmes as well as providing support for all matters relating to the teaching and learning activities of students. This includes from enquiry to completion, supporting departmental tasks and processes relating to assessment, student, and programme records.


Appointment details:




The post is graded at grade 6, the annual salary for which ranges from 35,930 to 41,255 (including London Allowance). This is a 12 month fixed-term post, available from 1 May 2025 until 30 April 2026 This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 40% on site, of which 20% will be on a Thursday at the Royal Free Campus in Hampstead. About You

You should have administrative experience in a busy office environment with good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt and learn new systems, liaise with a variety of people and relate to staff and students in a teaching and learning context.



You will be proactive with the ability to work independently and as a team. You will also be able to manage a busy workload and meet time-critical schedules whilst maintaining a commitment to high quality service.
