Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of online retail strategies and have the ability to analyse market trends to enhance our e-commerce presence. This role requires excellent organisational skills, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities



Run effective Google ads campaigns within budget producing ROI/ROAS Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth across various platforms. Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to optimise product listings and improve user experience. Manage product inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely updates on the website. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless operations. Utilise Google Analytics and Excel to track performance metrics and generate insightful reports. Oversee the execution of promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Experience



Experience in working with Mirakl or other Online marketplaces such as Marketplacer or Meezy WoMekong out Google ads and managing a budget Willingness to learn how online market places operate in order to manipulate the data to enable a fast set up Proven experience in an e-commerce role or similar position Strong proficiency in using office applications, particularly Google Suite and Excel for data analysis. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing projects or teams. Proficient command of English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work in an organised manner.

Pay: 23,000.00-28,500.00 per year
