E Commerce & Pos Manager

Job Description


Role:

Looking for an experienced Manager with e-commerce experience preferably with VAS service, POS activity or event management service previously.

Duties:

  • Ensuring the efficient operation of the E-commerce and POSM functions, make sure that they are delivered on time.
  • Providing data required in various formats and be experienced and confident in the presentation of this data to display our performance in each area.
  • Maintaining and improving performance levels in both efficiency and financial aspects.
  • Achieving performance through development and control of resources, and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Achieving KPI\'s including items per hour, accuracy of stock control, labour, sickness and absence levels.
  • Working within budget for all staffing, equipment, maintenance, training and material costs.
  • Attending daily, weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Direct and develop your management and operations team to equip them with the skills to an effective service level.
  • look attentively at proposals and implementation of improvement methods in terms of staff.
  • Ensure that all changes to warehousing and associated activities will improve efficiency of levels of performance.
  • Ensuring a secure and safe environment for staff and products.
  • Responsible for the health, safety and well-being of your team.
Relevant Qualifications and Experience:
  • Must be able to demonstrate E-commerce experience.
  • Possess strong decision-making and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate logistics/3PL with a quality awareness.
  • Experience of POS service and VAS/event management.
  • Have excellent communication, and team management skills.
  • Proven leadership skills with strategic planning abilities.
  • Technical knowledge, with data analytic skills and ease of working with numbers.
  • Possess strong time management skills.
  • Proven Quality and Project management skills.
  • Strong experience of using MS Office including Excel, and in-house WMS systems.
  • Budget management knowledge in terms of managing quality and continual improvement.
  • Possess written experience in terms of flows and SOP\'s.
