Role Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone keen to learn and develop within a growth sector.

Reporting into the Ecommerce Manager, this role involves supporting ecommerce operations across all websites and channels within the group. You will be primarily focussed on building relationships with key stakeholders to arrange campaigns to grow sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the wider ecommerce team with day-to-day operations, from website updates, content, SEO, email, affiliates and more.
• Responsible for enhancing our relationship and status with suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring new product launches are on brand, on time and on point.
• You will be in constant dialogue with third party suppliers and hardware manufacturers from the UK and China, negotiating and planning marketing initiatives to maximise sales.
• Build and manage an advertising rate card, proactively growing incremental revenue by selling advertising across our consumer and wholesale websites, digital marketing channels and retail shops.
• Manage the inflow of free stock and merchandise, both third party and co-branded, including the internal management and replenishment of stock.
• Provide detailed analysis of campaigns to key stakeholders, identifying which promotions work best for which channel.
• You will work closely with our internal Marketing, Ecommerce and Development teams to plan and action campaigns and projects, from start to finish.

• Fluent in Chinese and Mandarin (not essential).
