You'll take ownership of product listings, customer enquiries, advertising management, and work closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service and project support.

Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management:
Manage and optimise Shopify websites (linkcomponents.co.uk, linearlights.co.uk, acousticlights.co.uk) and maintain some listings on WooCommerce and Amazon.
Keep product listings, pricing, imagery, and SEO up-to-date and competitive.
Monitor analytics and use insights to drive better engagement and conversion.
Customer Sales Management:
Handle customer enquiries for
both e-commerce orders
and
project sales
.
Manage project-based sales by liaising with Lighting Designers, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure customer requirements are captured and fulfilled.
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.
Advertising & PPC Management:
Work alongside our PPC agency to manage Google Ads campaigns, ensuring product visibility and optimising ad performance. or if you have the relevant expeice you can take over this task internally.
Monitor campaign results and assist with recommendations for improvement.
System Improvement:
Develop and refine internal processes for managing customer enquiries and orders.
Explore and recommend new platforms or technologies to improve e-commerce and sales operations.
Social Media Integration:
Maintain the e-commerce social media presence and ensure consistency with the wider brand tone.
Key Focus for 2025:
Strengthen systems for efficiently managing e-commerce and project sales.
Research and implement new technologies to improve customer experience and operations.
Experience Beneficial To The Role:
Shopify (essential)
WooCommerce (advantageous)
Google Ads (working with PPC agencies or directly)
SEO best practices
Google Analytics (including GA4)
Customer service and sales support across both direct and project-based sales
About You:
Strong e-commerce platform management experience, particularly Shopify.
Confident in analysing data and acting on insights to drive improvements.
Excellent communication skills and a natural collaborator across teams.
Highly organised, customer-focused, and solutions-driven.
Creative flair for marketing campaigns and promotions is a plus.
