The Ideal Candidate

We\'re seeking a hardworking E-commerce Exec, with a high attention to detail, to support our clients online business\' seamless operation. As an integral member of a small, friendly team, you\'ll play a crucial role in enhancing and launching products on their own website and partner sites. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who is eager to learn and make a significant impact.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Product enrichment and uploading for each new season on to our clients websites
• Enrichment of product data for various partners using Excel
• Setting up for sale periods online including: creating price rules, sales flags and categories on Magento
• Processing refunds for customers
• Assisting with the update of content/categories/homepage image changes
• Image bank management: Ensuring that they have all images that they need in the correct size and format for the clients own website and their various partners, and making sure they are labelled correctly
• Responding to image and/or product data requests from partners
• Support the wider team and company in any other administrative duties to support the day to day running of the business.

Skills / Experience Required:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel. At least to Intermediate level
• Proven ability to learn new systems and pick things up quickly (there are a lot of different systems to get used to)
• Strong experience working with Magento
