Ecommerce Assistant - F/T We are looking for an individual to be involved in all areas of our e-commerce activities based in Reading. We have two busy online stores selling swimming products and a small trade counter/retail store at our warehouse so customers can browse in person or click/collect. Your role will be a combination of online store management and associated customer service, as well as administration and merchandising - online and instore - to ensure we are always the best we can be. This is a a wide ranging, varied role which will appeal to those that want to progress in the e-commerce field. To be successful you should already have some ecommerce experience and we will only consider candidates that can demonstrate relevant experience. This could be from working for an online store, or selling on third party marketplace stores (eg Amazon, eBay) yourself. It helps if you get a buzz from seeing orders come in and leave our stores! This role requires you to be able to demonstrate an exceptional level of attention to detail as well as a strong command of written and spoken English. For the right candidates there is good prospects for further progression within the company. This position is available as a full time permanent role although we may consider a part time role for the right person. You will work a 5 day a week shift pattern including working on Saturdays on a rota basis. We look forward to meeting you! About SwimExpert. Established in 2006, we provide one-to-one private swimming lessons for all ages, through a large number of locations throughout the South of England as well as children\'s group lessons at selected private schools. We also own two busy ecommerce stores - Simply Swim and theSwimmingShop selling all things swimming. Our customer service and webshop teams are based in comfortable offices in central Reading within easy reach of the rail station and other public transport. There is also free parking onsite.
