As an eCommerce Account Manager, you will be responsible for co-managing a portfolio of online brand partner accounts. Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day commercial management of these accounts by driving sales growth and working closely with the Brand Team to optimise digital strategies, ensuring the successful delivery of our brand partners' objectives and targets.

What you'll be doing
Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with their eCommerce brand partners, acting as the main point of contact for all commercial account-related matters.
Revenue Growth:
Drive revenue growth by developing account strategies and implementing initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
Performance Analysis:
Analyse account performance, identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to optimise sales and profitability using tools available. Monitor key metrics and provide regular performance reports to partners.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Buying and Marketing/Brand, to execute effective account strategies, promotional campaigns, and new product launches.
Reporting:
Provide comprehensive account performance reports, delivering actionable insights that drive strategy and revenue.
Market Trends:
Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, and customer demand to make agile decisions.
Promotional Activity:
Plan and execute promotional activities, organising retail campaigns and measuring their success against KPIs.
Support Forecasting & Demand Planning:
Provide trading insights that help forecast sales trends, informing stock planning and purchasing decisions.
Digital Marketing:
A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email, and affiliate marketing.
What we're looking for
A track record in sales and exceeding sales targets.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience working with ecommerce platforms and marketplaces such as Amazon (1P & 3P), OnBuy and Shopify.
Confident in making commercial decisions based on data, insight and analytics.
Ability to work cross-functionally with various internal and external teams.
Confidence in presenting reports and performance insight to senior stakeholders.
Driven and passionate, thriving on challenges, consistently exceeding targets, and always eager to discover new strategies for success.
At least 3 years' experience in similar ecommerce or commercial role.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
