What is the role and what do I need?

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you would work as a team and Early Years Teacher to assist young children progress with their learning. This is perfect for a graduate who is inspired and looking to use their degree in the classroom. You would create art displays with the children and create fun activities and lessons that inspire the Early Years group.
