We're Hiring: Nursery Practitioner | Peterborough (PE2 8FF)

Hours: 34 per week | Days: 4-5 per week Pay: 12.21 - 13.00 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:

Creating a fun, safe, and stimulating space where children feel happy, secure, and excited to learn. Delivering engaging, play-based activities in line with the EYFS framework. Acting as a key person, building strong relationships with children and their families. Supporting, guiding, and mentoring junior team members with positivity and encouragement. Observing, tracking, and planning for individual children's development. Working closely with Room Leaders and Heads of Unit to maintain high standards in care and education. Ensuring all safeguarding and health & safety practices are followed, always.

What We're Looking For:

Level 2 or above in Early Years Education/Childcare (CACHE, NVQ, etc.) At least 2 years' experience in an early years setting. A solid grasp of the EYFS framework and safeguarding best practices. A kind, nurturing nature and strong leadership and communication skills. Up-to-date DBS, Paediatric First Aid, and Safeguarding Training (or willingness to obtain).
