We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our nurturing team. Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programmes that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all children.
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing updates on children's progress and addressing any concerns.
Drive positive behaviour management strategies to encourage social skills and emotional development.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive team atmosphere focused on the well-being of every child.
Maintain accurate records of children's development and learning milestones.
Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills in early childhood education.
Skills
Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly in English.
Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and foster teamwork among staff members.
Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while promoting a positive learning environment.
A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development through play-based learning.
Flexibility to adapt to the diverse needs of children and families within the community.
