```Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team. As an Early Years Practitioner you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow. You will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate activities and curriculum, as well as monitoring the development and well-being of each child. Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for young children
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor and assess the development of each child, providing individualized support as needed
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum level 3 in children's and young peoples workforce
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
