Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise a group of children in an early years setting

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs

- Create a safe and inclusive environment that promotes learning and development

- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed

- Maintain accurate records of each child's development and behaviour

- Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning environment

- Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's progress

- Drive continuous improvement by staying updated on best practices in early childhood education

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting

- A Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred

- Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English

- Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding and supporting children's learning

- Passion for working with young children and creating engaging learning experiences
