To be considered for this role, you must hold ONE of the following qualifications;

Level 3 Montessori Pedagogy qualificatio / other full and relevant Montessori qualification /

Level 3 Early Years qualification / Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Pay:

14 - 14 per Hour. based on experience (40 hours per week).

Working Hours:

Part-time 30 hours over 3 full days, 8am-6pm Monday to Friday (flexible on set days)

About our Nursery

The Old Station Nursery Granta Park is a premium nursery offering four extra learning enhancements for our children; these are Organic growing, Cookery and Language lessons; all delivered in a Montessori inspired way which encourages practical learning at each child's unique pace.The nursery is located in Granta Park, conveniently located just 5 minutes from M11/A505 junction with quick access to central Cambridge with ample parking. It is a truly unique setting with an onsite Gym and Restaurant that our team benefit from a 50% discount as well as beautiful walks to take on your lunchbreak.

What Your Role Involves

As a valued member of our team, you'll:


Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive. Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework. Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Monitor and celebrate children's development milestones, keeping records to share with parents. Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care. Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others
