We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team. Duties
Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children in the nursery setting.
Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and support each child's learning journey.
Manage daily routines and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and sharing insights with parents.
Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning environment that promotes teamwork and shared goals.
Drive initiatives that enhance the quality of early years education within the nursery.
Qualifications
A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience in a nursery setting is preferred.
Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early years education.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing groups of children effectively.
Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational environment is highly desirable.
A genuine passion for nurturing young children's development and fostering their love for learning.
