My client in Balham, South London is seeking a Early Years Educator. You need to have a minimum level 3 childcare qualification to apply.

Duties

Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children's learning and development - Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues - Drive continuous improvement in the nursery's educational programs - Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding and supporting children's learning experiences - Manage the day-to-day care routines of young children - Utilise experience in childcare to create a safe and stimulating environment for all children

Your Qualifications and experience:

level 3 qualified nursery practitioner
salary is negotiable depending on your experience
