Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Learning Practitioner, the ideal candidate will join our small team in providing a high-quality childcare experience for our children and their families. Candidates should have relevant qualification at Level 2 or above. They should be creative in developing and delivering activities and have a fun, enthusiastic and energetic approach. We would value previous room leader experience as a desirable criteria, but this is not essential.

Duties

- Plan and implement engaging activities for children

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children within the room

- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues

- Focus on developing high quality services

Skills

- Previous experience in a nursery or childcare environment

- Ability to communicate effectively

- Knowledge of early childhood development

- Leadership skills to inspire and guide a team

- Strong organisational skills to manage daily activities efficiently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
