Job Title: Early Careers & Skills Development Practitioner (Funding)

Salary: \xc2\xa341,868+ Depending on skills and experience

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:

  • Being responsible for the effective management and submission of data in line with internal/external regularly requirements across the UK (England, Scotland and Wales)
  • Leading and contributing into internal/external quality assurance activities
  • Being responsible for managing aspects of centralised service delivery across our UK operating model, working in close partnership with local Early Careers teams and business stakeholders.
  • Providing centralised expertise and service support within the Early Careers and Skills Funding Capability team in line with company objectives and business need
  • Leading on the deployment of specialist process and practice across the Early Careers UK operating model
  • Ensuring service delivery is aligned to business needs and deployed using agile and efficient processes
Your Skills and Experience:

Essential
  • Proven experience of working within a similar role, handling data and compliance within the Apprenticeship or equivalent education sector
  • Experience working with Management Information systems (MIS) to manage data
  • Strong skills and experience of using MIS and reporting systems
  • Knowledge of EFSA funding rules

The Team:

You will be joining the Apprenticeship Capability Team within Early Careers, working alongside experienced funding and compliance specialists who operate across a variety of funding streams to support our UK Apprenticeship compliance.
