The Product recruitment team recruits for a variety of roles, including but not limited to Merchandising, Buying, Fabric and Garment Technology, and Design. \'Product\' covers all of the teams within Womenswear, Menswear, Childrenswear, Home, Brands and Joules, as well as our sourcing division, Next Sourcing.

The Role
Deliver an effective recruitment service from actively sourcing candidates through to providing a fantastic onboarding experience for your new recruits.
Leading on the very best attraction methods, including content ideas for social posts, careers website and partner platforms. Awareness of early career trends and having a future focus. Creating and owning an attraction calendar with planned content (refreshed/rebranded) on a regular basis. Identifying new and innovative recruitment methods. With consideration for AI and DE&I recruitment tools suitable for the early careers candidate market.
Actively review candidate attraction practices and procedures regularly, by having direct involvement in the assessment of candidates and then making recommendations for improvements.
Demonstrate your creativity and commercial awareness when creating new adverts reflecting a true feeling of the role, the company and the benefits in line with Company tone of voice guidelines.
Deliver a strategic approach to establishing the very best and most suitable relationships with Universities, other Early Career pathways (colleges, schools and further education establishments), attending and presenting at university events, partnering with Product Directors to deliver with impact and knowledge to get the best buy-in from future talent. Networking with all early career pathway leaders and lecturers, as well as project managing an attraction calendar including but not limited to careers fairs and other networking events to meet with future talent.
Build productive relationships with hiring managers, influencing the most senior managers in making informed recruitment decisions.
Managing supplier relationships to maximise offering (Eg: Specialist partner advertising platforms). Monitoring the performance of and where appropriate arranging quarterly meetings to review the performance and effectiveness. Negotiating commercially beneficial terms and fees with new suppliers.
Overseeing assessments centres, clearly communicating expectations and providing the best candidate and hiring manager experience before, during and after.
Oversee the Recruitment Advisor in the shortlisting; reviewing video interviews and conducting virtual interviews. Ensure a positive experience for all candidates regardless of the outcome of their application.
Actively contribute to the on-going improvement of the standard on-boarding and induction processes. Using your knowledge of the market to make recommendations on best practice in this area.
Plan, monitor and review effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identifying how to improve and adapt for future activity. Reporting and analysis to be part of the day to day, using data to support with decision making.
