The role is based at our Head Office in St Albans with some travel to other sites, off-site apprenticeship meetings, schools, colleges, careers fairs and training providers. This may involve occasional overnight stays.

Your mission, if you accept it, is to play a pivotal role in realizing our ESG aspirations by cultivating talented individuals into Premier Foods. This will focus on providing support to those from disadvantaged backgrounds and those with a passion for STEM.

Collaborating with seasoned professionals, you will manage our Early Careers programs. This involves forging partnerships with training providers and other organizations to achieve our ESG ambitions. You will also manage the day-to-day administration of the company\'s apprenticeships including recording our Levy payments; ensuring that all relevant apprentice documentation is in place and managing progress reports from training providers.
As our esteemed Early Careers Advisor, you will drive the triumph of our early careers pipeline. Your mandate includes unwavering support for individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds and those passionate about STEM. This role is indispensable in our quest to achieve our ESG aspirations.
