A new instruction for an established client and global manufacturing client, for a permanent E Commerce Team Leader.
This is a fabulous opportunity, that is also offering hybrid working, is with a key employer in the area and considered ideal for someone with knowledge/understanding of ECommerce, some knowledge of being a supplier to Amazon UK, with previous team leader experience helpful, or at least the confidence in your ability to do so.

Any knowledge of SAP would be helpful
Any previous experience of working within manufacturing desirable but not considered an essential
The Role:
The role supports the ECommerce side of the business and reports to the UK Customer Fulfilment Manager.
The ECommerce Team Leader is responsible to ensure the UK Customer Fulfilment team provides excellent customer service to support this growing channel acting as the key liaison or conduit within the organisation, between their customers such as Amazon, Ocado, The Hut Group and Feel Unique, their logistics providers and their internal teams within the business. The E Commerce Team Leader is also responsible for the company Direct to Customer fulfilment service and liaison with their external provider.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the E Commerce Team Leader are wide and varied and will include, but not limited to:
People management:
Managing day to day tasks of a small team of 2 direct reports to ensure they are on track
Running team meetings, allocation of workload, plus the training and development of the team, identifying any gaps and organising training.
Relationship building
Identifying any areas of efficiency improvement.
Customer Service \xe2\x80\x93 Order Management:
You will oversee and control the day to day operational function of the ECommerce team ensuring all customer service levels are achieved and exceeded where possible.
Order entry onto SAP system
Controlling the release of orders to third party Distribution Companies to ensure customer delivery dates are met
Control of customer invoice queries, control of query investigation and challenging any non- compliance issues
Internal communication re stock with Account Managers
Support colleagues in customer service team including back up support on Amazon UK and other customers
Update customer portal with safety data sheets or Amazon UK and other European countries
Reporting:
Identify trends to proactively manage accounts
Regular reports to local C & D teams
Ensure month end processes are followed
Track all deliveries are in line with month end reporting
