Are you an expert in Dynamics 365?! If so, we are recruiting for a Dynamics 365 Consultant on a permanent basis here at City & Guilds!

You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining the Dynamics 365 application suite within our organisation. You will work closely with a variety of teams and stakeholders across the organisation to ensure our Dynamics 365 solutions align with the business needs and support our strategic goals.

You will be the subject expert and play a pivotal role in optimising our use of this platform to improve efficiency, automate processes, and enhance user experiences.

This appointment will be made on merit.

About the role

You will be tasked with implementing and maintaining our Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring high system availability, security, and performance. Collaboration skills are important, you will work closely with stakeholders across City & Guilds aligning strategies, and understanding business processes and requirements, translating them into Dynamics 365 system designs and solutions.

A key component of this role will be to guide and hold workshops with to educate senior leaders and end-users about the functionalities of the Dynamics 365 system and how to leverage it effectively for their roles .

You will continually monitor and manage system configurations, customisations, and updates in line with governance, risk and best practices.

You will provide expert guidance and expertise on Dynamics 365 to other team members and assist in strategic technology planning activities.

We would expect you to stay updated with the latest 365 features, improvements, and industry trends to leverage them for business benefit.

You will need to be based in the UK working on a hybrid basis with a mix of home and office - but you do need to be within commutable distance from one of our City & Guilds hub offices.

About you

You will have extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, CE Sales and Marketing and Power Platforms. You will have designed, implemented, and maintained Dynamics 365 solutions in a previous role.

You will be experienced in delivering integration into Dynamics 365 with other business applications.

You should be a clear and confident communicator, you will be holding workshops to educate senior leaders and users on the Dynamics 365 system, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Our successful candidate should have strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.

You will be willing to work flexible hours when necessary for system maintenance or critical issues.
