They are seeking an experienced Urban Designer to join their team, someone who shares their passion for creating vibrant, eco-conscious spaces. With 1 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years of post-qualified experience in a design practice, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in both outline planning and detailed design stages, contributing to the transformation of London\'s urban fabric. While a background in architecture is advantageous, it is not essential; what matters most is a dedication to shaping the future of our cities through sustainable design principles.

Urban Designer Role Key Requirements

• Bringing 1 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years of post-qualified experience in a design practice, the successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of urban design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in large-scale urban design, masterplanning projects, new settlements, and high street revitalisation is crucial, demonstrating your ability to envision and execute transformative urban interventions.
• While a background in architecture is desirable, it is not essential; however, a strong foundation in design thinking and spatial analysis is highly valued.
• Exceptional communication skills are essential, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in graphic communication tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, CAD, and hand-drawing techniques
