Job Description
We're looking for a few friendly, enthusiastic individuals to join our team here at The Badger's Sett. We are a lovely pub/restaurant with an extensive garden area with a large number of covers and get very busy during the summer months due to being just down the road from Swithland Woods, Bradgate Park and Beacon Hill. We are open 365 days a year, including bank holidays and special days such as Christmas Day.

ABILITY TO COMMUTE/RELOCATE
We are located in Cropston (LE7 7GQ) and public transport around us is very limited.
What are we looking for?
Passionate individuals who are happy to get stuck in with a can-do attitude.
People who take pride in their work, can use their own initiative well and work well within a team.
Experience within the Hospitality Sector is a bonus however it is not essential as all training will be provided.
Due to company policy, we are unable to employ anybody under the age of 16 and you must be aged 18+ to be considered for bar work.

What will I be doing? As a Front of House team member you will....
Greet, serve and look after our guests so that they go home happy.
Work with our team to create a friendly atmosphere our guests will love.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
