We are KANTEEN based in Digbeth. We focus on fresh & quality ingredients, great service in a live and vibrant environment. In the daytime we are buys cafe space, in the night time we turn into a tapas restaurant.

Our business model is focused on finding the right manager to lead our front of house team and day to day customer service. We are looking an entrepreneurial person who would love to get involved in all aspects of running a successful restaurant space.

We believe in sharing the success of the restaurant, and see our managers as Brand Partners.

What we are looking for..

Manager with at least 3 years experience of working in restaurants

Someone who is

passionate about service

Someone who has a

customer first approach

Someone who has

experience in managing bars

Someone who can

manage and motivate a team

Someone who is comfortable filling in reports

Someone who is technology minded and open to new ways of working

Someone who understands cost control

Someone who can follow a social media strategy and is comfortable creating content

Someone who can follow brand guidelines & KPI's
