As a Duty Manager, you'll have the responsibility in assisting the day to day running of the business. A hands on leader, motivating the team and charming guests, whilst ensuring standards are adhered too.
We are looking for someone with a strong set of values that shine through as an example and tone for the rest of the team. Someone who has experience within hospitality, in both wet and dry lead businesses, experience with a range of roles and responsibilities and not shy from getting stuck in operationally.
Duties
- Closing & opening of the venue
- Supervise daily operations to ensure we maintain high standards of service
- Implement company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in training new staff members
- Positively contribute to team meetings to help motivate & improve
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong service skills, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for the guest
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills
