Duty Manager - Leading Leisure Brand

Location: Leicester

Salary: \xc2\xa323k - \xc2\xa325k

No late night shifts! Shifts from 8 am \xe2\x80\x93 8 pm

The Company

We are so excited to be recruiting a Duty Manager for an industry leader in the leisure sector. This role will be based at their Leicester site which is due for refurbishment in the near future, making this a leisure job not to be missed!

As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Experience Manager ad Reception team in the running of the park activities, the team delivering this experience are responsible for the guest journey from arrival to departure. A big part of this role will have focus on sales; this will be conversion from leads into guests having an incredible experience at the park. This is a hands on role in a face paced environment and they are looking for an enthusiastic person to join their team. As the face of the business, you need to be calm and approachable and also able to act quickly and effectively.

Day to Day Focus:

• Ensure guests have maximum opportunities to enjoy their chosen activity
• Staff training to deliver professional, fun, confident, positive and safe interactions with both adults and youngsters.
• Incoming party sales lead conversion.
• Ensure brilliant basics of safety, cleaning and product and park presentation
• Main point of contact for guest enquiries via phone & email
• Achieving commercial KPI\xe2\x80\x99s inc. F&B, Spend per jumper, labour margin, achieving targets and parties

Requirements

• Friendly & enthusiastic character
• Experience working with children
• At least 2 years experience in leadership
• Great customer service & a passion for people \xe2\x80\x93 can you deliver moments that matter?
• Sales Experience
• Excellent IT and written skills
