Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Duty Manager to join our team. The Duty Manager will oversee the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring excellent guest services and smooth functioning of all departments.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise staff members to ensure efficient operations
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with various departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk to maintain high standards of service
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for supplies and equipment
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating staff performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus (Bilingual or Multilingual)
- Knowledge of human resources practices
- Familiarity with hotel operations and guest services
