Job Title: Leisure Centre Operations Manager
Salary: \xc2\xa333,000 per year
Location: West London
About the Role:
We are recruiting for a Leisure Centre Operations Manager for one of our key clients in the Ealing area. Our client is a large operator of multi-faceted leisure facilities with an excellent reputation and huge potential for progression and development.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing leisure centres and will be passionate about providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for the overall management of the centre, including staffing, budgeting, and marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the leisure centre, including staffing, cleaning, and maintenance
- Oversee the safe operation of all activities
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns
- Work with other members of the management team to develop and implement new initiatives
- Manage the centre\'s budget
- Effectively engage and develop the team around you
- Liaise with external stakeholders, such as local authorities and sports governing bodies
- Significant experience in leisure centre management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Hold or be willing to complete NPLQ and Pool Plant qualifications
- Proven ability to manage budgets
- Experience with marketing and promotions
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable
