Airquee Inflatables, Europe's largest manufacturer of inflatables and air structures, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dutch-speaking Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. With a reputation for quality and innovation, we supply bespoke and standard inflatables to a wide range of industries, including leisure, marketing, and events.

What You'll Be Doing:

Building Relationships:

Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients across various sectors, including German-speaking markets.

Driving Sales:

Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client presentations to closing deals and after-sales support.

Consultative Selling:

Understand client needs to provide tailored solutions, including custom designs.

Networking:

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote Airquee products.

Collaboration:

Work closely with our design, production, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Market Insight:

Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for growth, particularly in German-speaking regions.

What We're Looking For:

Language Skills:

High-level or native proficiency in Dutch, with excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).

Experience:

Proven sales experience (B2B preferred), ideally within the manufacturing, leisure, or events sectors.

Communication Skills:

Exceptional ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.

Self-Motivation:

A proactive, target-driven individual who thrives on achieving and exceeding goals.

Organisation:

Strong time management and organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

IT Proficiency:

Competent in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Flexibility:

Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally to Europe.

Passion for Inflatables:

An interest in creative, fun, and innovative products is a definite bonus!
