We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to engage effectively with clients. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services offered. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance. Keep the sales floor organised, clean, and visually appealing. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Driving around a team of 1-4 people MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic mathematical skills for processing transactions accurately. Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not essential. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
