Job Description

Based on the outskirts of Tamworth, Fleet Evolution are a specialist vehicle fleet management and employee benefits company supplying and managing a growing fleet of vehicles to national companies. Due to an upsurge in the volume of vehicles we manage and a significant period of growth and opportunity in vehicle sales and order volumes we are looking to add to our operations team.

This position would ideally suit somebody with a keen interest in motor vehicles who enjoys driving and who is flexible and capable of being dynamic and reactive to changing situations. The position we are currently looking to recruit is to be both a driver for various vehicle movements, collections, deliveries and vehicle inspections, along with coordinating our vehicle logistic and fleet management requirements.

You will also support the Operations team with general enquiries through to collection and disposal of vehicles, your main duties will include: -

Sending Collection Correspondence to Customers

Vehicle Collections, Deliveries & Movements (UK Wide)

Arranging Vehicle Movement for Other Parties

Vehicle Inspections

Valeting & Preparation of Vehicles

Processing supplier invoices

Reporting problematic vehicle movements to your line manager

Recharging for Excess Mileage & End of Contract Damages

Handling Disputes for End of Contract Recharges

Phone cover during core hours

You will join a young and vibrant team where training will be provided, whilst supporting our Operations team.

A full UK driving licence with 3 years minimum claim free driving experience is essential, and aged 30 years and over due to vehicle insurance restrictions. The role will involve travel to a wide variety of locations all over the UK and driving an extensive range of different vehicles. Perfect for someone with a sense of adventure and enjoys driving.

Must have a minimum of 5 GCSE's A-C including Maths and English, be positive, proactive, hardworking, friendly and open. Please note we are in a remote location with poor public transport links, therefore having your own vehicle is essential.

You will support the Operations team and customers managing all of the aspects of the vehicle's life cycle from the point of delivery, maintenance, breakdowns, contracts, general enquiries through to collection and disposal.
