We're a signatory of the Women in Finance and the Race at Work Charter and we're Disability Confident Committed.What does the role involve?You'll be reporting into Laura, our Driver line Team Leader and be part of the team who are the first point of contact for our customers who notice a defect with their vehicle. Whether that's a company car driver who's headlight is out or a commercial van driver who's dashboard warning lights have come on - you're the person they call. You'll be ensuring that the driver has their vehicle booked in for repair/investigation or, if needed, arranging for breakdown assistance quickly and professionally.We operate a hybrid working approach whereby after an initial training period spent full time in the office, attendance of the Trowbridge office is a minimum of 2 days per week.Some of your key duties will include:
