We specialise in bespoke pollution prevention, drainage and environmental services with blue chip, multi-site organisations, particularly contract logistics, warehousing, and through FM providers. We fix, audit, report, recommend and manage works to support our client's operations and compliance.
The Drainage Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in the day to day co-ordination, mobilisation and delivery of quality services on client works. Based at our central Doncaster Office, acting as the operational bridge between field operations, the commercial department, and technical support functions, this role ensures service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The delivery manager will be making decisions, supporting and challenging field engineers as needed and work closely with the Field Operations Manager to evaluate team performance - both positively and constructively. The role requires a proactive mind set to anticipate customer needs whilst demonstrating a commercial understanding. It involves technically advising and assisting field-based engineers and other teams on technical drainage solutions.
The Delivery Manager will triage works, ensure engineers are appropriately assigned and prepared to provide a first class service. You will support execution of new customer requirements and specialist projects. You will work cross functionally to enable utilisation of at times multiple teams. You will assist and partner in managing the planning and organising of schedules and mobilisation of the field team.
You will be a senior point of contact for drainage technical support and solutions including review of field CCTV footage to assist and highlight commercial opportunities to the business. You will provide and undertake scoping of jobs as required. This will include visiting client sites to seek opportunities, solutions and / or to assess in progress and completed works and give technical advice where required.
You'll act as a role model and subject matter expert and teach out technical skills against the Technical Standards and Standard Operating Procedures. Undertaking internal company field visits and audits as required.
Actively support the QHSE Manager and Field Operations Manager in identifying safety concerns, promoting a culture of safety, and recommending continuous improvements to uphold high standards across operations.
The role requires a valid driving licence and a willingness for occasional working and staying away from home.
