Job Description

We are a leading firm specialising in housing disrepair claims, working closely with tenants and legal teams to secure repairs and compensation for those living in unsuitable rental conditions. Our company partners with top law firms to provide support for tenants in social and private housing who are experiencing unresolved maintenance issues.

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to operate on a

self-employed

basis, helping tenants understand their rights and guiding them through the housing disrepair claims process. Many tenants are unaware they're eligible for help--or have simply not acted yet. Your role will involve door-to-door outreach in target areas, identifying eligible tenants and assisting them with beginning their claim.

Realistic earning potential

for just 4-5 hours a day can exceed

1,500 per week

for top performers.

Who We're Looking For:

Experience Requirements:

Minimum

6 months D2D (door-to-door)

sales experience. Previous experience in housing disrepair, legal services, or claims management is advantageous. Applicants must be able to work anywhere in

England or Wales

.

Compensation and Benefits:

Commission-based

Ideal Candidates:

D2D reps with experience in

utilities, broadband, ECO4, or legal services

will adapt easily. Passionate about

helping tenants

live in safer, healthier homes. Strong communicators who can build trust and rapport quickly.

Responsibilities:

Canvass residential areas to identify tenants with ongoing housing issues. Explain the housing disrepair claim process clearly and professionally. Provide excellent customer support, answering questions and collecting required information. Maintain accurate records of leads and progress. Support and mentor junior reps if in a leadership position.
