Job Description
KONG is Glasgow\xe2\x80\x99s newest contemporary day and night destination serving drinks, good vibes and great times. We\xe2\x80\x99re open 7 days a week, all day from midday until 3am in the heart of the city center, located in the previous One Up site. We are looking to add some Hosts to our team at KONG. The role will include
- Welcoming all guests to the bar and taking them to their tables
- Ensure that tables and seating charts are in place and up to date
- Answer email enquiries
- Be the first person people see when walking into the venue
- Inspire and motivate the team
- Engage with guests in a professional and personable manner
- Using our bookings system
- Answering the phone
- Ensuring tables are coming back on time
- Company events
- Flexitime
