I am proud to be working with one of the largest Domiciliary Care providers across the country, who are looking for an experienced and capable Registered Manager for one of their branches in Manchester. The company have succeeded over the last 25 years+ in establishing themselves as a financially stable provider that offer premium quality care. They are able to give plenty of examples of those who have been promoted from within, and have rapid expansion targets they plan to fulfil by the end of the year.

This particular branch was registered early this year and is in need of a new leader to take the reins and continue their growth plans, whilst achieving a minimum of Good with CQC.

The Candidate
The successful candidate must be highly proficient and be able to be left to their own devices, as they will be responsible for helping to drive the business forward and helping to grow the company\'s reputation in the area, building strong relationships with external stakeholders such as the local community, Local Authority and CQC. This position requires a motivated individual who is passionate about providing high level care, has solid compliance knowledge and will achieve the branches first \xe2\x80\x9cGood\xe2\x80\x9d rating. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen and a proven track record of enhancing business growth.

Location
The role is based in Manchester and is commutable from Wigan, Leigh, Bolton, Bury, Rochdale, Oldham, Stockport, Wilmslow and Warrington.
