Domiciliary Care Workers

to join our team. The successful candidates will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live independently and comfortably within their own homes.

Duties

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication support, and housekeeping tasks. Provide companionship and emotional support, promoting clients' mental and emotional well-being. Help clients maintain their independence by encouraging and assisting with mobility and community engagement. Monitor clients' health and wellbeing, reporting any changes or concerns promptly. Maintain accurate records of visits, care provided, and observations in line with legal and company standards. Support clients with managing appointments and other essential activities. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain high standards of care delivery.

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively. Reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain client confidentiality. Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.

Requirements

Previous care experience is desirable but not essential -- full training will be provided. Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Right to work in the UK. Must pass an enhanced DBS check. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential.

Pay Rate:

National Minimum Wage (in accordance with your age bracket).
Successful candidates will be required to provide documentation to support compliance with Local Authority employment standards.
