I am excited to be working with an established Home Care and Domiciliary provider, who have successfully established themselves for over 30 years as one of the leading names in the care sector. The successful candidate will feel as though they own their own Domiciliary Care company, but with the backing and support of a well-respected brand. This particular branch is in need of someone who has a keen eye for detail and who preferably has experience of turning a branch around to ensure compliance in line with CQC regulations. The aim for the successful candidate will be to build relationships with the staff team, external stakeholders, and give the branch back its high reputation.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will be an experienced Registered Manager, who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care. They will have a strong business acumen and a proven track record of enhancing business growth. The successful candidate will be innovative, motivated, and will be able to hit the ground running, knowing exactly how to promote growth within the business, whilst maintaining the company\'s vision and values for person-centered care.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic and passionate about person-centered care
• Experience of working within the care sector at management level
• Strong business acumen
• Extensive background and knowledge in Home Care and Domiciliary
• Solid knowledge of CQC regulations and the KLOE\'s
• Level 5 in Health and Social Care (ongoing or willing to work towards)
• UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle

Location
The role is based in Northwich and is commutable from Knutsford, Wilmslow, Warrington, Widnes, Ellesmere Port, Chester, Nantwich, Crewe, Congleton and Macclesfield.
