Are you an experienced Home Care manager ready for your next career move? Following the success of their 2 residential Care Homes, my client has expanded and opened their first Domiciliary Care Branch and are looking for their next Manager to join them at this exciting time.

The Role
Compass Associates is an award-winning, UK specialist Health and Social Care Recruitment Consultancy providing tailored, high quality recruitment solutions for all permanent assignments.

We are working with a well established Care provider who operate a range of care services in the North and are now looking for a new Branch Manager to oversee the day to day operations for their branch on the Wirral. Although recently new, the company are very proud of how this branch is progressing and they are looking for a new leader to take the reins to continue their growth plans and achieve a minimum of Good with CQC. The successful candidate will have the support from highly experienced owners and area manager in this tight knit company.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate must have management experience of service provision in the care industry and be able to demonstrate a positive vision of home care and how they will influence positive change. This position requires a motivated individual who is passionate about providing high level care, compliance and will achieve the branches first \xe2\x80\x9cGood\xe2\x80\x9d rating. The successful candidate will have a strong business acumen and a proven track record of enhancing business growth.

Requirements

• Background and knowledge in the Care sector
• Management experience of service provision in the care industry
• Hold, or be working towards, a QCF Level 3 then 5 qualification in Social Care
• Dedicated and passionate about person-centered care
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations
• UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle

Location
This role is based in Hoylake, with commutable routes from West Kirby, Heswall, Neston, Wallasey, Birkenhead, Bebington, Ellesmere Port, Liverpool, and Chester.
