Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in customer homes or offices. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and attention to detail, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces within hotels or commercial establishments. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as necessary. Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and other facilities, ensuring they are hygienic and presentable. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Interact with guests in a courteous manner, addressing any requests or concerns regarding cleanliness. Follow health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties. Assist with additional tasks as required, which may include light cooking or food preparation in some settings.

Experience

Previous experience in hotel cleaning or domestic cleaning is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. A background in cooking is an advantage but not essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
