Job Description
Part time 15.5 hours per week. Based on 2 x week rota. 13 hours one week and 18 hours 2nd week.
Basic hourly rate - \xc2\xa310.42 per hour, up to \xc2\xa312.42 per hour with enhancement.
A night enhancement of \xc2\xa31.50 per hour will apply from 8pm to 7am Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Sunday (this does not apply to sleep-ins). A weekend day enhancement of \xc2\xa32.00 per hour will be paid from 7am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday.
Surrounded by parklands, Newlands House is home for around 35 people with physical disabilities. You\'ll find us in the peaceful village of Netherseal, Derbyshire.
As a Domestic Assistant with Leonard Cheshire you will carry out general cleaning duties to ensure the cleanliness of our residential care home. You will use appropriate materials and equipment in accordance with COSHH.
You will:
- Have experience of cleaning work (cleaning in a commercial environment is desirable).
- Have basic literacy and numeracy.
- Be willing to work flexibly in accordance with the needs of the service.
