This role can be based from either our Edinburgh, Newcastle or Redditch offices - with hybrid working allowing for a combination of in-office and home working.
In this role you will work proactively with our project teams to create, store and maintain a variety of documentation using electronic document management systems, in line with the requirements of Stantec and our clients. You will be involved in the maintenance and enhancement of document control processes, distributing information to project teams, and preparing reports as required. The role will also involve attendance at project meetings and interacting with project team members at all levels, communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
About you
To be considered for this opportunity you will have had prior experience within document control, including the use of electronic document management systems, and be able to track & control project documentation.
You will possess strong administration skills and understand the importance of confidentiality of data and sensitive information. You will be confident in communicating with project team members and stakeholders, both internal and external.
