Your new role

The role will be within the new Administration Services Team for the UK. Based with the Document Control Team, reporting into the Service Centre Manager, you will work across the UK markets to provide document control support services.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Run reports to check for workflows, RFI, QA rejected documents, code comments
  • QA checking documents to ensure compliant with project correct logo, numbering convention, template
  • Distribution of documents on external site in workflows and transmittals
  • Setting up distributions lists
  • Respond to requests for documents and make requests for documents
  • Check that Drawing Issue sheets are updated with latest issue
  • TIDP, Trackers are updated with information
  • Project set up for document control and roll out, ensure protocol is met
  • Attend Training Course when the project is set up to understand the protocol and system
  • Working with the project team to ensure documents are issued to client deadlines
  • Setting up new users on projects and setting their rights
  • Ensure workflows liaising with team to plan and resource
  • Project closedown and archiving
  • Use of tools including Blue Beam Adobe to markup documents
  • Act as the main point of contact for a designated market / business area / project
  • Train engineers on various software on the project so they can find information and understand how the projects are run by the client

  • Experience in using document control tools including e.g. ASite, Projectwise, Aconex, EB, Sentrk, Conject, 4P, GViewer, Meridian Portal,BC
  • Possesses excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) as a minimum
  • Management skills, to train Engineers on various software on the project so they can find information and understand how the projects are run by the client
