Applications are invited for the post of Doctoral School Data, Records & Fees Manager at Royal Holloway, University of London.
Academic Administration at Royal Holloway is organised into six School Administration teams and a Doctoral School, which are all part of the Academic Services directorate; a single professional service which supports the student journey. Administration teams have been designed to provide a consistent and effective service to both students and staff.
The Doctoral School Data, Records & Fees Manager will be responsible for the management of a variety of tasks and processes to maintain the student records system for research degree students, reporting research student data for internal and external requirements, including to support developments in the Doctoral School.
This will include providing high level support to School Directors of PGR Education on Suspension of Regulations, which requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as an understanding of higher education processes and the student lifecycle. They will support the Doctoral School\xe2\x80\x99s vision and service standards and work closely with colleagues within the Doctoral School, within other Professional Services and within the Academic Schools to help provide seamless support for research students during their study.
Candidates should have excellent organisational skills, enjoy managing a number of tasks simultaneously, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should have knowledge of the Higher Education sector and be committed to contributing to the continual development and provision of a high-quality service to students and staff.
