What\'s great about this job?

We\'re creating the next generation of ADP and we need your help to do it. In Sales, we\'re all about growing the UK business and we know the future of ADP depends on hiring people who can make a difference here. Everyday, you will be connecting with prospects and selling ADP\'s products and services to business with up to 300 employees. You will sell to one to two decision makers and will be expected to demo our software and manage the entire sales cycle through first contact to the final close.

Leads will be passed from marketing but the expectation will be that, by a combination of networking, cross-selling, upselling and cold-calling you will generate further new business leads yourself.

This is a sophisticated consultative sale which requires an ability to listen to the client and match their needs to our products and services.

The successful candidate will be upbeat, positive and friendly and most importantly at ease talking on the phone to senior decision-makers, qualifying opportunities and closing business.

What we\'ll do for you:

You\'ll often be making the first impression of ADP to our potential prospects - it is imperative we invest in you as to enable you to make that first impression truly amazing.

We\'ll train and develop you to position yourself as a trusted advisor, allowing you to help and support the prospective buyer through commonly held areas of complexity. You\'ll achieve this through uncovering painpoints through sharing insights which help the prospective buyer find a way to overcome them. You\'ll also encourage the prospective buyer to attend both in-person events and webinars.
